Writing Literacy Program (doc. Eko Purwanti)
The writing literacy training agenda was divided into two session, the first session was presenting material by the speaker then continued with Question & Answer session about the material that had been delivered. The second session was giving opportunity to all participants to write articles or short stories according to the preferences of each participant. In this session, teachers were given 1,5 hours to find ideas to put in their writing. They wrote in on the laptop and presented it in front of all participants. They reviewed and criticize each writing result. This agenda was closed with conclusion and mutual commitment to keep learning to write as part of developing themselves as teachers.
This agenda runned smoothly as had been planned because the committee is always ready to assist in each session and good cooperation between the committee, speakers, students and participant. The participants were happy with this writing literacy training because here they could work together and learn from each other how to write good articles and short stories.
